I sent two Rado watches to Arthur Kaplan Menlyn 3 years back and they were sent out to Rado
for repairs. we (My wife and I) kept on walking in and calling them for results on when the watches will be returned.
today I get a call from the Owner Uri Schoeman to say that one of the watches has been collected and the other one is ready for collection and neither my wife or myself have collected said watch. I request proof of collection and he says he cant provide the proof as its been 3 years. My main gripe beside that my watch was from their store is that all the time I have been calling and requesting the watches no one mentioned that one of the watches has been collected. I have inserted the job card number bellow. The attitude of the store owner was unacceptable, unhelpful and rude short of telling me to k off. if goods are collected from the store then the store must be able to pride proof as to who collected the goods.
