Bad Customer Relations

End of January this year i had problems at work which resulted in me been off work for 6mnths without pay, i approached Game Greenacres via ph and was told to ph back after 10th of Feb as then my account would be over due and they could then help me, to cut a long story short Game wanted nothing to do with me, i also sent e-mails and got them on Facebook explaining my position and asking for help in bringing down my payments until things came right, all i got was letters demanding payments, No one had the decency to contact me and offer any help. I now am back at work and i have now payed Game Greenacres every cent i owe them and i have closed my account with them, after been with Game for many, many years this was not the response to my problem i expected.
