I handed my pink Ice watch in for repairs on 25 January 2013. I was told by Tlhalefang that I would have my watch back within a week and she would phone me when I can collect it. It has now been 3 weeks since I handed it in and still no phone call. I phoned the number on the receipt 0117838310 but it just rings. I then drove to Woodlands Boulevard to go to the Ice kiosk just to find out that they are no longer there. They are gone and so is my watch. I will be opening a charge of against the company and sales person at my nearest police station.
