Poor quality watch, AGAIN!

I received a Fossil watch for my Birthday in April this year. 3 months later the on the strap fell off and I sent it back to the Gateway store where it was purchased. I was informed that the repair would take up to 6 weeks because the part was imported! Unacceptable to think that they have hundreds of watches being sold but don't think to keep parts readily available!!!

A month later I received a "new" replacement watch as they could not repair the one I had.

It is now 3 months after receiving the replacement watch and yet again the on the strap has fallen off! So either they gave me the same watch with a very bad repair job or they have a serious quality issue with their watches!
I am utterly disappointed in the consistently poor service and quality product received from Fossil. The store assured me last week that the head office would contact me but I have still heard nothing. I had to be one calling them this morning to find out what is being done, and no one was available to assist me.

Unacceptable from a brand that is supposedly 'high quality'!
