TWO years ago I bought a watch (POLICE) from The Grove store. I utilised it for a month and then I had to take it back for repairs. That took months. I then received a new watch, however needless to say after a few months; the second watch gave problems. After months of arguments, I was then told that they will give me a gift voucher. I still have not received it.
On the day I went to follow up on the gift voucher a bought a second watch (Lanco). I had it for a month and guess what... the clasp broke. When I took it back to the store, I was told that they will have to send it back for repairs. Two years and 3 watches later, I still don't have a watch. In fact, none of these watches lasted for more than 2 months.
On both occasions, I bought these watches from The Grove - Pretoria. The people are not the problem - it is the pooor quality of products that they sell.
After almost 2 years from purchasing the first watch, I DON'T WANT NEW WATCHES OR A GIFT VOUCHER - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
