Problem with their Product

I bought a watch from them two moths ago and it gave me a problem within a week. I took it back and they gave me a new watch because, apparently they knew that, their product was faulty. With the new watch that I received, a month later... It also started giving me problems so I returned it to the store. They gave me attitude, told me that it was not their fault and demanded a receipt from me which they took the fist time I returned the watch. The manager humiliated me in front of the staff and customers. I asked for the head office number and I was told that they do not have the head office number. They gave me the regional manager's number. I phoned her and told her& shared my problem. She gave me a really bad attitude and told me to go get another watch. When I got to the store, they refused to give me another watch and made a fool of me. I eventually left the store due to humiliation and without my watch that I bought with hard earned money. Please, please help me. Because I don't know what to do.
