Samsung galaxy s not working since purchased

Hi there.
I purchased a samsung galaxy s tablet some time back, but the wifi never worked. Still under warranty, i took it twice to returns.
It came back both times not workign still? I advised that i want a voucher as i cannot keep bringing something back that aint working.

I need a voucher back. It was the last demo i bought... R800.Still brand new as purchased
Why do you guys tak things for repairs, but dont fix it?
