I went to bears to buy TV 2 months back when i entered the store a guy by the name of john assisted me together with the manger by the name of Chris they told to buy a brand tek on delivery the tv was outside the box not playing clear remote not working i went back to them to complain they brought the same brand tv dis time the tv was still not in a box there's this website that is always on the screen and funny lines at the end of the screen i went back again they promised to bring Samsung they didn't i told them i want to cancel the contract they refused promised to bring Samsung i went to them again to ask can they change the deal they refused the now went and debited my account for payment with the same tv that's not OK i went to them again they promised to deliver till today i m sitting with a tv that's not OK but i paid for it
