Samsung Galaxy S4 Battery Problems

Good day,

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S4 on 29/07/2013, and recently have noticed the back heating up, and the battery draining abnormally. I opened the back cover, and noticed that the battery is swollen.

I would appreciate if someone from Samsung contacts me to arrange for the battery to be replaced asap, since I use my cell phone for business purposes, and believe that the battery is still under a warranty from Samsung?
