I Purchased a Galaxy Tab at Makro June 2012, Vodacom issued me with a new sim card and Tab, number 079 894 4028, after 3 days the unit was defective, i took it back and it was exchanged, however after 8 months the Tab was dead, i went to Makro and they sent it in to Hatfield, i was told the warranty expired, i was not made aware it had a warranty peroid of 6 months only, now the bill for the new battery is R1000.00, i will not pay it and will not pay the contract until this is resolved, I pay for a service, and expect the equipment to be working.
Please solve this for me?
