BRAND NEW GALAXY TAB RETURNS, STILL NOT WORKING

I took my Samsung Galaxy to vodacom Shelly beach, the tablet just froze and would not turn on, it was sent in for repairs to Durban on the 28th Jan 2013, 16 days later it returned apparently they replaced the PC board. The tablet would not read any sim card that was never the problem before) and was sent back.
I explained to the manager that I need My tablet for business and that it is still under warranty;he apologized & He promised me he would speed up the procedure and should take 2 days. I have not heard a word from vodacom and went into the store today to find out what is happening to my tablet!!! 10 days later. It took them 20 minutes to track down where it was and told me the tablet was under an "estimate" cause the pins that read the simcard was damaged. The only people that took my sim card out was them.
If I didn't go in and find out what the is going on! no one from Vodacom Shelly beach would even have bothered to speed it up or come back to me
I am know paying a contract for a new tablet that I don't have!!! and a monthly bundle of 2GIG"s data that I cant use!!! - The tablet should be replaced as it is still under warranty, serveice delivery absolutely
