As a loyal customer of Edgars I had a very bad shopping experience yesterday. When I was done shopping and ready to pay I got to the cashier and there was only one person in front of me. I thought to myself im lucky seeing that im in a hurry just to see that there is 7 people standing there, only one cashier available, and she has been attending to a client for some time now. No one else were assisting us and the queue just got longer behind me. There was a stage where up to 9 Edgars personnel was standing there minding there own business while we had to wait and everyone clearly being in a hurry. To make matters worse the only lady that was currently working was also called to the back, there all of us were standing with no one to help. Even when one of the other customers asked for assistance no one helped. I have never experienced this at any Edgars branch and hope that this wont happen again at the Tygervalley branch.
