At the beginning of February I took my 3 month old contract Tablet to MTN Alberton complaining about it not switching on. The lady helping me at that time booked it for repairs instead of warranty assessment. I only discovered that after 3weeks when I went to the store to enquire about it. During this 3 weeks, no one contacted me to give an update of my Tab. Then I was told that I need to bring the whole package of the Tab which includes Samsung Galaxy SIII which was in excellent working condition when it was taken. After a week, I was called to come and get my Samsung Galaxy SIII because the warranty assessment rejected the claim saying there was nothing wrong with the Galaxy SIII.Of course there was nothing wrong with it when i took it in, until I went to fetch it from the store. The LCD screen was damaged, pictures were sent back to the store with it, the SIM reader was no longer functioning. Only on the 5th March 2013 was my Tab taken in for the 3rd time for warranty assessment to be assessed, which was the main reason for this whole inconvenience. To date I don't have my Tab, my Galaxy SIII which was in excellent working condition, came back totally dysfunctional.
I'm disgusted!!!
