I upgraded my stylus tablet at the clearwater branch because it was not working to at samsung tab 2. The sales personnel did not adviise me that a tab 3 was to be launched soon. This happend iin September this year. At that time i paid r4200 for a tab 2, the sales personell did not tell me a tab 3 was tobe launched or already available. I paid 4200r for a tab 2 which is a bit unfair cos the tab 3 is goiing for that price... hope somebody from customer service can help me... perhaps change to a tab 3. Nb 7 inch. Point is i was not advised properly...
