Poor service at Samsung store Cresta

About a week ago I calledSamsung Cresta to find out the prices of an Aircon 24000 18000 btu inverter unit. The price initially quoted for the 18000 btu was R8195 and I was forst told that they could not provide a price on 2400 btu as they do not have it. I then called Samsung customer care, who referred me to the distributors, who in turn referred me to sales. I was referred back to Cresta branch. I assume at this point the matter was escalated to the store manager. I then called Cresta and was quoted prices for all. I then received an e-mail from a sales person stating that he quoted incorrect price and that the amount is R10299. On Saturday I went to the store to buy the unit, and the sales people insisted that the price was arround R17800. When I asked to speak to the manager, 2 gentleman pointed at each other and laughed, the a gentleman with a bit of an accent tells me that the prices had gone up. Despite asking them to confirm the price of the unit they quoted me on, they insisted that the price had gone up. They did not offer any further assistance. I approached Samsung at clearwater mall where I was promply assisted, and confirmed that cresta prices were incorrect
