I have a complaint against Homemark, They previously sold My dad, a wifi tablet, back in May 2013.The service they provided was very poor and misleading. Firstly the customer was not informed how the product would operate, and it wasn't disclosed that he was supposed to buy a router to access internet on that specific tablet. The manual is also misleading as it showed that the tablet has a simcard slot, which we have been trying to figure out where the exact sim card slot is. I spoke to Nathi from sales department who offered to exchange the tablet with a 3G tablet, and later spoke to gladys from sales department who promised that she was gonna listen to the telephonic recording and get back to me.it has been almost a month now i haven't heard anything from Gladys. I kindly requested for a refund from homemark as the customer currently cannot use the tablet they sold to him.and the customer currently cannot afford to purchase a router nor afford to pay extra cost over and above what he has already paid. I hope other customers will not fall prey to this. HOPEFULLY My dad can be refunded his money, so that he could buy a tablet from a reputable company with competent personnel.
