Have been ordering from Zando for a long time I must sadly say that this was the worst customer experience ever. I ordered a sandal online size 5 and confirmed order. It was delivered to my house while I was away as has been done countless times in the past. When I got back I saw sandal was a size 6 and not a 5. I went online and saw yes there is a 5 available and phoned it in just to get told a mistake was made and there is no 5. They will come and fetch shoe again and give me a credit note. That same night I saw a 5 is available and I ordered it and emailed Zando and got a standard apology. I still don't understand why they cannot send me a replacement and take old shoe back, I was told courier will pick up yesterday. As Tammy also asked and wrote on her info at their side that I travel. My fianc? e waited the whole day nobody came to pick up! I phoned and spoke to Elsabe at courier was told they will come between 4 and 5. 1820 I phoned again and got a excuse beyond unbelievable! My fianc? e upset that he wasted a whole day, I am upset because still no shoe and Elsabe from Courier goes home and all sleep well! Horrible horrible experience and customer care bad!
