Tablets on display, but no stylus to play with

Four months ago I became interested in buying a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and I went to your store to evaluate the one on display. The main feature of this tablet is its stylus - the S-Pen, considered to be one of the best stylus' ever made, and the reason anyone would buy this tablet. The stylus is always included with the purchase of this specific tablet.

Upon my visit I asked one of the sales people to please bring me the stylus, but I was told that it was lost and that I should evaluate the feature somewhere else. I did not buy a tablet that month, and spent my money on something else.

This month I have saved some extra money to spend, so yesterday I re-visited your store in Paarl Mall, but I got the exact some response.

I wonder if your sales people have a true understanding about the sales pitch of the products that are begin put on display at their store? Is it really that difficult to get hold of a new stylus, keep it somewhere safe, and make sure that the customer hands it back to the staff? I guess that a lot more tablets could have been sold in Paarl Mall during the last 4 months, had there been a stylus to play with.
