Change stylus for samsung

I bought a stylus tablet a few months back for r2000.00. This tablet does not work very well. Dissapointed with its features. I also took an extra year guarantee on it for around r500.00. You tube etc does not play at all. Could i return the tablet, u give me a, refund, for the amount and i will, add, more money and purchase a, better, tablet., ie samsung etc
