DOUBLE DEBIT, NO CREDIT! SHOCKER!!!

I went to Edgars Fourways on Sunday, made a purchase at mac counter. Debit from my card went through (I received the sms from my bank) but I was told that it never went through on Edgars system. The lady told me that the first debit would automatically reverse that same day, and that they needed to put the transaction through again. I took her at her word, kept the receipts and paid a second time. She assured me that I would be credited for the first transaction by no later than Monday morning and that if I had a problem to call her. Monday- no credit! I called several times, I got cut off at the department several times by someone who would pick up the phone and then put it straight down. I eventually reached the lady who had assisted me on Sunday who said she was handling it and I could expect my credit ASAP!! Tuesday, No credit, No response. Now it is Wednesday. Still no credit still no response. I have spoken to about 8 different people all of whom have taken my details, card number etc and assured me they would get back to me. I am still waiting! I have paid TWICE for the same thing, and still cant get a credit! CAN SOMEONE ASSIST WITH THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR SERVICE???
