I visited the Sandton City branch of Clicks on Sunday, and had the misfortune of talking to the worst phamacist yet. I asked her to put everything through my medical aid. She said my MSA was exhausted and my medical aid would not pay anything. She could not answer my questions and huffed quite loudly and turning her screen to show me the medical details on the screen, like I work with the system each day and can intepret it!! Then she said 1 item had a co-payment of R12 but the rest was rejected. I said that's strange as I don't have a MSA - she then rudely said "why did you ask me to put it through then'. This is pathetic - do I have to explain to her, as I did, that you do not need an MSA to get meds paid out?!? When she gave me the bill to sign, i saw the item with the R12 co-payment was now charged to me at full price. When I pointed it out to her, she huffed again loudly, said she did not say that and then turned her screen to me again as if that proves something. I told her to forget it, took my meds and paid for them. Today I logged on to my medical aid and see that they made a payment to clicks on the 10th, the same day that they supposedly paid nothing!! Explain that???
