Absa not willing to assist

I purchased an item online with my Absa credit card, as I done many times before. Unfortunately afterword's I found that the website is a website. With that knowledge I went to my local branch (Absa Highveld mall) to reverse the debit amount. The consultant there told me that it can not be done in the branch, but he called the credit card clearance division for me and spoke to Gugu. The amount of the purchase was still showing as "uncleared" on my account. Gugu told the branch consultant that there is nothing she can do without asking any of my details just said nothing can be done from her side. I had a previous incident of a double debit on my credit card account THEN they could reverse it (also online debit). The image (in my own opinion) Gugu is creating for Absa bank here is your credit card good luck no protection from Absa! The website is - [URL Removed] - that is now blacklisted. Can someone from Absa that is willing to assist me getting the debit reverse please contact me (please NOT Gugu)
