False Promises

I cancelled my credit card about 3 months back then a lady by the name of Zinhle called me and told me to keep the credit card for 6 more month with no monthly fee, only if I use the card, I will have to pay what I use, I accepted the card, the first month I paid the fee, when I saw that I had to pay the 2nd month, I emailed the credit card department explaining my situation, I then got a call from a miss Singh who told me that I wouldn't pay, my account will be credited before the monthly fee is debited from my account, so that the debit order will not go through, that was false cause the debit order still went through and now I'm owing my 3rd months instalment for the credit card that I have never used, I'm emailing them but not getting any response, I called in and I was told that a manager by the name of Naidoo if I'm not mistaken will call me back but its been 5 days and that manager hasn't called
