No assistance or response: Disputes & departm

Good evening,

I am very disappointed to say the least. I contact FNB Debit / Credit Card disputes as well as the Department on Sunday, 3 MArch at around 14:45 for assistance. Having attempted to make a purschase online, the merchant in question debited my account with more than 6 times of the amount of the transaction. Something was not right &I immediately phone FNB for assistance as the funds was only "reserved for purschase" so FNB could still prevent the transaction from going through. I was then advise by the consulted of FNB that it is Sunday and they cant assist me as it is not considered a working day. Monday I phone again, was told does not work with this & had to contact Debit/Credit Card disputes. I then did that, got forms to fill in, faxed and emailed it back. On Tuesday I called again & being assisted by a premium banker, she request me to email the documents to her to. She could not answer any of my questions and had to seek assistance from Debit/Credit Card disputes as well. Phoned me back later and confirmed I had to wait 48 hours, which I did. Phoned again on Wednesday and send emails again without any response and I am still minus R2700.Pls help me!
