I purchased a lounge suite from Decofun in June 2012. After 10 months of use I had noticed that the material on the lounge suite had declined somewhat, which was not consistent with a years use (a rare anomoly by the way). The structure of the suite as well as the leg rest mechanisms were all in perfect working order. I visited the store manager Francois Becker to whom I explained my concerns. He asked me to provide photo's and a explanation of the sitiuation via email. He promised to get back to me soonest. One day after sending the e-mail he responded to me with a resolution. I was absolutely astonished at the turnaround time of his response, as I certainly was not expecting anything under a week. Three things stand out for me:
1) Francois kept his word - as far as I am concerned he went out of his way to assist me which was beyond my expectations
2) The values depicted by Francois reflect those of Decofurn as a company
3) Deco Furn stand by their prodcuts which are very good quality (I have purchased from them before).
Based on my recent experience, there is no dounbt I will buy from them again and again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
