Beginning of the year I bought a lounge suite and a number of items from Decofurn. I noticed after about a week that the cushions on the couches had sunk down and did not return to their normal form. It was very uncomfortable and became worse over time. At that point I did complain and numerous times after that. Finally I was put in touch with Kornel from Decofurn. And after a year of struggling, within a week he had sorted out my problem. He went the extra mile for me and I was able to get my old couch replaced with a new one. I am very grateful for his assistance and the staff at Decofurn.
