Rapheal Lounge suite sold in September. Profesionally cleaned in January had colour faded extremely specially on arm rests that has been brushed. The same happened when removeable pillow cover was removed and washed with normal washing powder in a cold wash in the washing machine. I ask for the lounge suite to be collected eventually in March. Two and a half months later myself without any lounge suite the conclusion was made that the professional cleaners are to blame and tests have been done by the supplier and no fault found with fabric. I went to the branch where I found my lounge suite un protected outside with staff sitting on it with dirty work clothes. I cleaned the lounge suite in front of management and staff with hair shampoo wich is the mildest detergant known and with washing powder and pictures were taken, before during and after that still showed extreme colour fading with both mild hair sjampoo and normal detergent. Both sealed and opened in front of staff. The outcome was given the state of my lounge suite (being kept in dusty ware house without protection) it is not acceptable that the lounge suite has been cleaned with a brush..
