In Dec 2012 i bought a new lounge suite on credit. when i purchase lounge suite i was shown a pic of it as they did not have any in store. I also said i dont want suede. i was told that it was fabric. the lounge suite was delivered and did not look like the 1 that was shown in the picture. i thought it was another make.3 wks past a piece of wire came out of 1 of the chair and the other one sacked. i contacted the store and the sales lady came to our house and told us it was the wrong lounge suite delivered. 3 weeks past and the 1 lounge suite in the pic was delivered and all 4 chairs arm rest was sacked in. for in a 3 months period the lounge suite was exhange as the all 3 times it was faulty. the manager left and a person by the name Hester said that she will sent out a agent who came and inspect the lounge suite. the person came and just said that he is here to picked up the lounge suite. they took it and left me without a lounge suite for more than a week. they delivered the same make and again 1 chair arm rest was sacked in i refuse to take and said i dont want it they must credit it back. i lodge a complainant with there dept and was told matter resolved.space to small to tell
