I purchased a rather expensive decorest leather lounge suite, I reported the initial problems we had experienced with the lounge suite numerous times and followed up with the outlet before they had actually responded. I was rather suprised that grafton everest requested that I be held laible for all transport of the lounge suite, but I decided that maybe to resolve this issue it would be an easier process if i did so. Grafton then had a subcontractor collect the lounge suite from the outlet after 1 week, and return it after a few days, upon them returning it, it was clearly visible that they had not repaired the lounge suite fully. The lounge suite is of a very inferior quality as it is sinking and makes loud squeaks when it is sat on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONCE TRUSTED BRAND TO ANYONE. THE customer service department is hopeless and helpless.
