Inferior quality furniture

Good day

I have reported my complaint about three weeks ago and since I have no response.

I bought a lounge suite in September 2010.I had the suite for about six months and the material fading away. The suite was treatbare. I contacted Morkels and after sometime the suite was fetched and re-upholstered. The material did not last six months and the same start happening. I contacted Morkels and they said that they would send some to collect the suite. For some months I did not hear anything and when I phoned they say they are waiting for authorization. The 2 year guarantee was about to expired but they said it was no problem. November 2012 the suite was collected and re-upholstered. Need less to say the material did not last very long and I logged another complainted in May2013 and Faith would have come back to me but until now I have not heard anything. My lounge suite will be repaid in September, but I will have to get another one as I am to ashamed to have people come over and see the state of my lounge suite
