Purchased Lounge Suite

I purchased a lounge suite to the value of 11000.00 from My Home. I had the lounge suite for - 3 days and noticed the couches were damaged the store replaced them with a different lounge suite this one after about a month the material started tearing the one recliner stopped working. I went to the branch and informed the then Manager a Mr Mahir Mohammed who is now a Regional Manager that's was - 9 months ago. I then refused to carry on paying for the goods they sent somebody to come and reposses the lounge suite I sent him away as he had no legal documents to reposses that was in December 2012. On the 25th February Mahir Mohammed and the man that was sent to collect the lounge suite came to see me to see how the matter could be resolved I agreed to make a payment on the mutual understanding that they would replace the couches only to be told they wanted to repair the one I have I objected and was informed by Mr Mahir Mohammed that he would then give me a new one like the one I have, only to find out that my guarantee expires on the 12 March 2013. So if the couch breaks again I will be left with a broken lounge suite that I must pay off still. Will not accept that. Help Pls
