I am a small business owner and my business is suffering greatly from having bought over 100 products from Decofurn factory shop.
The problem is that the products are defective and of very poor quality but Decofurn Factory shop manager Cornel is using intimidation and bullying tactics to drive me away from their premises, all the while the products are still under warranty - Decofurn's Goliath shouted, intimidated and demeaned me in front of his staff the last time I was there to get my products repaired or the problem reviewed.
I have escalated the matter to his bosses but no one at Decofurn Factory shop seems to care, because according to them, the fact that I have bought so many items from them and they are now falling apart, I pose too much of a ''risk as I have bought too many products and them breaking means they cant assist me''; says Leisurefurn (which supplies Decofurn) boss Leon, when I reported the harassment I was experiencing at the hands of Cornel.
To this end, since reporting the incidents to Decofurm and Leisurefurn, I have received absolutely no response and while my small business faces closing down as more and more customers rightfully claim their money back.
