I purchased a bed and headboard at Decofurn factory shop in Killarney Gardens 27.07.2013 which was delivered to my my place however when installing the bed as it came with the headboard i noticed that the headboard was damaged specifically the stitching I contacted Decofurn to inform them. They exchanged this for another. Two months later the stitching of the headboard came loose once again.i contacted decofurn they advised that i need to send in an email and photo which i had done. the branch manager responded to say that she had contacted the head office and they advised that this is not a fault of the product bearing in mind it comes with a 1 year warranty I emailed them again and the branch manager said that she will get in touch with the head office again. i am not a happy customer as i feel that i need to run around and get this fixed where i had this problem when i made the purchase the first time round.i am wanting to buy other household furniture at decofurn however with the experience that im having now its not very pleasant and i have to reconside
