I was at Clicks Oak centre Middelburg CBD. There is one till open and people are standing out the door at the tills. There are more than 5 workers sitting around and talking and ignoring the customers. I confronted the Manager - no name tag on - for assistance to make more tills available.
He told me just go stand in the line and wait. WOW if this is customer service that I get from clicks!!! They have bad attitudes, worst customer assistance, and the laziest bunch of people I have come across.
There are so many people who would do the job better, but you guys pick the laziest bunch of all. Well done clicks for your terrible customer services and the world's worst managers in you stores!
