I have just been informed that my Edgars account was never closed as instructed. My last payment to them was May 2006 with no contact from Edgars since then. There where no telephone calls or letters. Now 7 years and 3 months later they have decided I owe them money. Who on earth doesn't follow up on accounts in 7 years. This is definitely a case of as no one at Edgars could say what outstanding amount is for. I must just pay. Who do they think they are?
