Over a year ago, I closed my edgars account. I received a letter of nil balance and was ensured that my account was closed. I continued to recieve statements from edgars with a 0 balance 0 monthly paymnet on it and inquired about this but was informed that I had nothing to worry about and that the account was closed.

Upon receiving my yearly credit report from Trans Union. I discovered that my Edgars account is still active and that it is not closed. It has not been updated since August 2012 and we are almost at August 2013. I am very upset about this as it continues with the vein of poor service that I received as a costumer from Edgards.

This feels to me like a classic case of I don't owe them money so I do not matter. I would like this rectified as I have paid up my account a while ago and still sit with an open Edgars account on my name.
