After closing my account with edgars on the 11/09/2011 with a zero balance, I was grateful to never have to deal with Edgars again. Little did i know, that upon applying for a home loan years later, one of the banks would decline due to the fact that my closed edgars account was suddenly in arrears and is negatively affecting my credit score. Could edgars not update their records? Poor Poor customer service!!!
