I was in arrears with my account 7000100100018175075 (I'd 6211110091086) and was handed over to VVM attorneys. I paid off my account with the pay off balance given to me by the attorneys (which was a discounted amount) in Feb 2012. I asked them for a pay off letter to state that I have settled my account, they informed me that they do not give such letters. I assumed they would communicate with Edgars and inform them that the account was settled with discount. In June I received a sms stating that my Edgars account was handed over to the attorneys. I was shocked as I did pay off my account. I contacted the attorneys I was handed over to and they informed me that I have to contact Edgars. Edgars again informed me I have to contact the previous attorneys, they again told mee I have to talk to Edgars. I have spend so much time on my cellphone holding on for these people I have used all my available airtime jumping between Edgars and the attorneys. I was promised on various occ I would be phoned back in 10 min. Never received feed backs. Received another handed over SMS. Every time you phone Edgars another cons speaks to you and make promises to sort it out but it never happens.
