Closed my account and still get accounts and calls

I have closed my account with Edgars, they even sent me an email stating that it is closed but I still received a phone call to update my adress details after closing it, as well as an account in the post. I do not understand what Edgars does not understand I am finished with you and therefore do not want accounts coming to me etc.

Have you really closed my account or not?
