Wrong billing

In August 2012 I opened account at bradlows, the first installment was supposed to go off on the 1st of September 2012, but it didn't. I went to the store to pay cash on my surprise I was told that my account was mistakenly cancelled and a wrong account was left there for me to be billed with. that wrong account is in arrears of R15000. I have been recieving calls from debt collector threatening to repossess my goods and even come to work to harrass me for non-payment whereas its not my fault. I'm willing to pay for the goods I purchased but I was told that I can't pay untill bradlows sort out my account. as from September 2012 nothing has happened and my name is listed on credit bureaux as slow payer and that has affected me badly because i can't have any other new account. there's no communication between me and Bradlows if I want to knw what's happening I have to call Bradlows. I need help on this matter. I need them to clean my name with credit bureaux
