WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Bought an IPAD a month back, when i got home it was not charging i took it back after a week Pontsho called to come and fetch it when i got there still it was not charging, they booked again for the 2nd tIme after a week Pontsho called went still it was not charging. She booked it again for the 3 rd time for the 1st time got an SMS from Apple to say they have received the IPAD called the repairs they confirmed that it was the 1st time they got it. we then escalated the matter to Bobby the store manager he then said he will investigate and call, he never called i had to keep on calling him as i bought the IPAD for my wife. Then he told me that the IPAD has been booked at the wrong place the 1st 2 times. Then after 3 days he called to come and fetch it as it has came. Went to pick it up still it is not charging. i called him he said he will call the Head office for an advice and he still dIdnt come back to me with a feedback as now on when i call they say he has left the store. I am now sitting with a phone that doesnt charge no call or feedback from him. Is this a service that i as a customer should get. As a manager he should exercise what he preaches to the staff CUSTOMER SERVICE.
