Replacement iPad not available

An iPad was taken into Dion Wired, Woodlands. It was out of warranty and faulty. I was offered a replacement iPad with a pay-in on 15th January 2014. I was given 48 hours to accept and pay the amount into the Core Services Bank Account. I paid in on 16th January 2014 and mailed the proof of payment to Dion Wired, Woodlands and Core Services. It is now 29 January and after numerous phone call and mails, I still do not have my iPad. The iPad comes from Jet Park in Johannesburg. Core Services says the iPad has been lying there and no-one has come to collect it.

I then was told by Dion Wired that the courier went to fetch the iPad but they would not give it to him because he did not have proof of payment.

Dion Wired then tells me it has been collected on Monday 27th January 2014 and will be in store some time this week??? I heard that same story last week. 4 - 5 days from Jet Park, Johannesburg to Woodlands, Pretoria???

I have bought 2 MacBooks and 4 iPads from Dion Wired and will never buy from them again.

I have been told every time that I phone that the iPad will be in the store at Woodlands within a day or two. They have my money and I have nothing.
