My IPad at VW! - SERVICE

IM VERY ANGRY AND UPSET ABOUT THE OF MY NEW APPLE IPAD AT VW BRYANSTON. I TOOK MY CAR FOR A SERVICE ON FRIDAY AND GENTLEMEN BUY THE NAME OFF JEFF WAS ASSISTING ME. HE STOOD BY MY DOOR WHILST I REMOVED MY IPAD FROM CARBEHOLD AND PUT IT IN MY BAG IN MY BOOT.I HAD OTHER BAGS DE AND MY LAUNDRY BAG AS I THOUGHT I WOULD GO HOME FOR THE WEEKEN.HE ASKED ME IF HE CAN HELP ME CARRY THE BAGS OUT AND I SAID NO, I CANNOT TAKE ALL THESE BAGS TO WORK SO I WILL LEAVE THEM IN MY BOOT. I THEN CAME TO PICK UP MY CAR AND DIDNT CHECK BECAUSE ITS STILL A NEW GADGET SO I HARDLY USE IT.I THEN GOT TO MY PLACE AND UNPACKED THIS BAG I HAD MY IPAD ON BECAUSE I ENDED UP NOT GOING HOME. SATERDAY I REALISED THAT MY IPAD IS MISSING AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN MY BAG BUT TO MY SUPRISE IT WASNTNT. ISTAY ALONE AND NO-ONE COULD HAVE . I HAVE GOT NO-1 THAT I KNOW IN JHB AS I HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 3WEEKS. WHEN ALL CALLED VW YESTERDAY ALL THEY SAY IS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT, WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT WITH NO SYMPATHY OR WE WILL TRY N DO SOMETHING. EVEN THE MANAGER DIDNT EVEN CARE.IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN WORSE MY CAR WAS DIRTY WHEN I FETCHED IT. I WANT MY IPAD BACK, IT WAS A PRESENT!!
