I WENT AND SIGNED A 24 MONTH IPAD CELL C CONTRACT ON 18-06-13. I WAS CALLED AT 3-30PM TO COLLECT THE IPAD. I WAITED ONE HOUR AS THE SALES PERSON COULD NOT ALLOCATE STOCK. I LEFT AND AFTER 2 DAYS CONTACTED STORED MANAGER - PRASHANIE. SHE PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME. NO ONE DID, SO I CALLED BACK AFTER 2 DAYS. PRASHANIE WAS DAY OFF AND SPOKE TO RISHIE. HE GOT SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND INFORM THAT THEY HAVE NO STOCK OF THE IPAD. WHY ADVERTISE IF THERE IS NO STOCK. AS OF TODAY, STILL NO IPAD. THEY TELL ME THAT GAME HEAD OFFICE HAS NOT ALLOCATED STOCK ON SYSTEM, AND HAVE "ESCALATED " THE COMPLAINT. THAT WAS ON 20-06-13. AS TODAY NO CALLS, EMAILS - NOTHING! IT IS LIKE STUFF THIS CUSTOMER - WE DO NOT CARE. WE HAVE 1000S OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE HAPPY. I AM SURE WALLMART WILL NOT TOO KINDLY FOR THEIR NAME TO BE DRAGGED IN THE MUD. HOWEVER I AM DETERMINED TO DO SO!
