Trying to get our Ipad fixed

My husband bought a Ipad through FNB, the Ipad started to get hot, we took the Ipad back to the Istore, they send in for repairs, the Ipad come back, stating that it has been exchanged, a week after we received the "new" Ipad the same story, the Ipad started getting hot, we went back to the Istore, the Ipad was sent back for repairs, we received the Ipad back, ONLY THE PROBLEM IS STILL THE SAME, after 2 exchanges and being told that the Ipad was replaced with "new" ipad, I now ask how can the same problem keep on exciting. Battery life on the Ipad does not even last for 4 hours at a time and the Ipad is still getting hot. The personal at the Eastgate store is very nice, but WHAT MUST WE DO NOW, who else can we contact with this problem? this is not a cheap item and we can not keep on going back and forth to the store the whole time. My husband at this momement is not very pleased with this.
