I have made an online purchase of an ipad and then my employer bought an ipad for me then when the delivery guy came i sent him back with the ipad (i did not take the ipad) then when i call the call centre or customer service they tell me to call this number and that number and when i asked yesterday if they recieved the ipad they said they did but i need to call another number to tell them i dont want the ipad as its returned but i will be billed cant they call me then and ask why i returned it im tired of calling these people from friday 2 august now.
