Terrible service

I purchased ipad mini in december 2013, stephanie the saleslady gave me the wrong sim card. I waited 2 weeks for the right simcard as I refused to go back to canal walk for a mistake I didn't make. When I finally received the correct simcard, I discovered that my ipad mini was faulty. I immediately went to vodacom canal walk. AnEesa, the manager told me they would replace with a new ipad mini. She told me it had to be booked in as a repair for paperwrk purposes and they were waiting on stock.she would source an ipad from another branch for me and give me a call. She didn't call me back, I have phoned her numerous occasions, she is always busy and NEVER returns my calls. I eventually went to the store to find out what's happening. To my disgust they repaired my ipad! Aneesa promised me a new ipad not a repaired version. My biggest problem was that I purchased a ipad from them in good faith. From day 1, bad service ie. Wrong simcard, faulty batch. Plus I must pay the contract the end of this month and I haven't used it due to there mistakes! I have phoned numerous times, NO ONE returns my calls. When I enter the store, the manager is never available. Still no feedback till today.
