Very disappointed

I was at Sportscene on the 17/08/2013 for the second time to open an account.
Till today I haven't received any communication weather my application was approved or declined.
I will definitely not go back there for the 3rd time because it seems like after completing the application form it just gets put aside.

What a waste of time!!!
