I sent an email to [URL Removed] this morning and not long after i logged the query i received a response from Kerri Fernandes. My query was answered in a clear and very professional manner. The fact that i also received a response within the same day as i logged the query is the best service i have experienced in a long time. Thank you so much. Its good to know that there is still some sort of customer service in this country.
