Please can someone get back to me regarding my refund that Kerri Fernandes promised would be paid to me weeks ago. I send mails to your support mail address (in response to a mail I received from her) and get absolutely no response in return. After converting my initial complaint to a compliment after the initial correspondence I received from Kerri, this is rather disappointing that I have to come back HERE to follow up.
